Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by DISCOMILES LIMITED (“Discomiles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, Chrome browser extension, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The service
Discomiles matches travel-related interest signals captured from consenting browser sessions to relevant offers and partner deals, and — where a partner confirms a qualifying purchase or referral — helps you earn airline miles or other loyalty rewards. Capture is consent-gated and limited to a fixed list of supported AI assistant, search, travel, and booking websites, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features rely on third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, and loyalty partners whose availability and terms are outside our control.
2. Miles and rewards
A. Estimates, not guarantees
Any miles or rewards figures shown in the extension, on our website, or in the dashboard are estimates based on partner rates available to us at the time. They are illustrative and do not represent a guaranteed, promised, or vested amount of miles or rewards.
B. Earning depends on partner confirmation
Miles are earned only when a partner confirms a qualifying conversion (for example a completed and non-cancelled booking or purchase) and that conversion is successfully reconciled against the partner's reporting. Until a conversion is both partner-confirmed and reconciled, any associated miles remain pending and may not be awarded. Awarding also requires a validly linked loyalty account.
C. Reversals
If a partner later reverses, rejects, cancels, or adjusts a conversion — for example due to a returned purchase, a cancelled booking, chargeback, or a determination that a transaction was ineligible or fraudulent — the corresponding pending or awarded miles may be reversed or withheld accordingly. We are not responsible for a partner's decision to reject or reverse a conversion.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
- Engage in fraud, manipulation, or any activity designed to generate clicks, conversions, or rewards that are not the result of genuine, good-faith activity — including self-clicking your own offers to earn miles.
- Use bots, scripts, automation, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Services, generate intent signals, or trigger clicks or conversions.
- Create or control more than one account. The Services are limited to one account per person.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security, integrity, fraud controls, or intended operation of the Services, or of any partner or advertiser system.
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, or resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
We use automated and manual controls to detect invalid traffic and abuse. Activity we reasonably determine to be invalid may be voided, and associated miles suppressed or reversed, without notice.
4. Accounts, suspension, and termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, and void or reverse associated rewards, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or legal exposure for us, our partners, or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time by pausing capture, revoking consent, or deleting your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the miles, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law sections — will survive.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular miles, rewards, offers, or partner deals will be available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Discomiles and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or rewards (including miles), arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any) or one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date or by other notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any such dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
