Terms of Service

Discomiles matches commercial intent signals captured from consenting browser and application sessions to relevant offers, ads and partner deals, and - where a partner confirms a qualifying purchase or referral - credits you Discobucks, our rewards unit, which can be redeemed against travel, retail and other partner categories, including transfers to supported airline and hotel loyalty programmes. Capture is consent-gated and limited to a fixed list of supported AI assistant, search, travel, and booking websites, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features rely on third-party advertisers, affiliate networks, and loyalty partners whose availability and terms are outside our control.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, install the extension, or use the Services. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The Services are not available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect commercial intent signals from, build profiles of, or serve personalized advertising to anyone under 18.

If we become aware or reasonably believe that you are under 18, we may suspend or terminate your account, stop processing your data, delete your Personal Data, and void any pending or awarded Discobucks.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or any activity designed to generate clicks, conversions, or rewards that are not the result of genuine, good-faith activity - including self-clicking your own offers to earn Discobucks.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, scrapers, or other automated means to interact with the Services, generate intent signals, or trigger clicks or conversions.
• Create or control more than one account. The Services are limited to one account per person.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the security, integrity, fraud controls, or intended operation of the Services, or of any partner or advertiser system.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, or resell or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
• Use the Services if you are under 18 years of age, or misrepresent your age to us.

We use automated and manual controls to detect invalid traffic and abuse. Activity we reasonably determine to be invalid may be voided, and associated Discobucks suppressed or reversed, without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, and void or reverse associated rewards, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or legal exposure for us, our partners, or other users, or that you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2. You may stop using the Services at any time by pausing capture, revoking consent, or deleting your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including the Discobucks, disclaimer, liability, and governing-law sections - will survive.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular Discobucks, rewards, offers, or partner deals will be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Discomiles and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or rewards (including Discobucks), arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any) or five Singapore dollars (SGD 5), whichever is smaller.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date or by other notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any such dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your place of residence.
